Hannah’s Approach
“My clinical practice is underpinned by an integrative approach whereby I draw on a range of evidence based psychological approaches to meet the needs of each individual. This enables the development of a therapy plan and range of strategies that focuses on improving quality of life.
I believe the most important aspect of successful psychotherapy is the therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist. I aim to offer a compassionate, open and trusting relationship to enable clients to work on their difficulties and make progress in achieving more lasting changes in their life.”
Through this approach, Hannah is able to help clients overcome their difficulties and flourish in everyday life.
