She has also completed advanced training in Transdiagnostic Approaches to Trauma, and in working with the longer-term effects of chronic childhood abuse.
Theresa’s early curiosity about people led her into becoming a Clinical Psychologist, as she was compelled to learn more about how our minds work, and how profoundly environments and experiences can impact people.
She has always been interested in how people can work on their difficulties to make big changes, which drove her to study psychology at degree level, and become an effective and skilled Clinical Psychologist.
