Solution Focused Therapy is a brief form of therapy with specific goals and constant monitoring of progress between you and your therapist. It has been proven effective for treating a number of problems such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and anger-related difficulties.
The number of sessions that might help will reflect your individual goals, and can be discussed between you and your therapist during your initial face-to-face or online consultation.
