Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy sessions are often 50 minutes long and weekly or fortnightly, and involve deconstructing your problem so that you and your CBT therapist can find the best way to overcome your difficulty, whether related to depression, anxiety, anger, trauma or other difficulties.
