Psychology Associates Newcastle
At Newcastle Psychologist & Counselling, we are always interested in hearing from therapists, whether Psychologists, Counsellors or Specialist Therapists (such as CBT Therapists or others) in Newcastle and surrounding areas that have an interest in working privately, but without the complex admin systems that often come with it.
We are particularly interested in enquiries from those who want to pride themselves on providing exceptional levels of care and help to those that need it. Flexible hours are available, with many of our therapists working from 4 hours/week up to full-time to fit their needs and at their request.
We are therefore looking for associates to join our growing team of psychologists, therapists and counsellors in Newcastle, at our Gosforth clinic who have special interest in an area of therapy or problem, and want to be recognised for the contribution they make.
- Clinical Psychologists
- Counselling Psychologists
- Child Counsellors
- CBT Therapists
- Couples Counsellors/Therapists
- Family Therapists
- Specialist Therapists
Benefits of Joining Newcastle Psychologist and Counselling
Our clinical services are administered centrally, with our team handling new and current client enquiries, client liaison, and financial processes. We also include room hire, group supervision and CPD Groups to our associates to help develop you as a therapist.
The collaborative relationship we have with our associates provides you with a supportive infrastructure, with our admin team handling non-therapy related tasks, allowing you to flourish in your clinical work, while also remaining an independent practitioner.
- Client referrals, invoicing and admin handled by our team so you can focus on providing exceptional therapy
- Client triage and screening to ensure suitability to your skills & interests
- Fully furnished & comfortable therapy rooms to present a professional setting
- Competitive rates of pay
- Comprehensive marketing of your profile so you can get more clients quickly
- Our team handle the collection and management of payments from clients
- Flexibility in your work location and numbers of cases to suit you
- Access to supervision meetings and CPD chat groups with our other experienced specialist therapists
- Work for a service that genuinely cares about you, as an individual, as well as a professional.
As a practising therapist, Dr Stuart Sadler (Lead Clinical Psychologist & Director), holds therapist wellbeing as important as that of our service’s clients, with the philosophy that “you can’t pour from an empty cup”. It is important to us that as a therapist you are treated well and are able to provide the best quality of care you are capable of.
We therefore maintain warm and regular contact with our therapists to ensure the highest level of care. Contact us today to arrange a short conversation about what we can offer.
